How we judge clinics in Hong Kong
Two things: whether a dermatology or plastic-surgery specialist on the Medical Council's register lists this clinic's address or is the doctor it's named after, and the clinic's licence — a day procedure centre licensed for higher-risk procedures, or a small practice clinic of up to five doctors.
What's missing
Larger clinics with six or more doctors — many medical-beauty chains among them — hold a different licence with no downloadable list, so they aren't here yet. Specialists publish their address only if they choose to, so 'not found' doesn't mean 'no specialist'.
